What is the difference between Rescue, Engine and Autopilot?

Lead Engine adds lesson and consultation booking, reminders, cancellation recovery, decision follow-up, review requests and reactivation. Lead Core Autopilot adds an AI receptionist for web and phone, live availability lookup, AI summaries and human handover.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Each plan includes one UK business number. We can work with your existing number and set up call handling and missed-call recovery around it — we'll confirm the exact setup when you get in touch.

Can Lead Core work with my existing website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Website enquiry capture and the Lead Core web chat can be added to an existing site. If you don't have a site yet, a free 4-page build is included with a managed plan.

What happens if I exceed my included usage?

Each plan includes a monthly communications allowance. Additional usage is only charged if you exceed that allowance — everyday contact with parents and students stays predictable.

Does the AI replace me as a tutor?

No. The AI receptionist is only on Autopilot, and it handles the busywork — capturing enquiries, replying, booking and handing over. It doesn't teach, mark work or give academic advice. When a conversation needs your judgement, it hands the lead back to you.

Is setup included?

Yes. Every plan is fully managed — we configure your enquiry capture, responses, follow-ups and booking, then test everything before it goes live.

How does the free website offer work?

A free 4-page website build is included with a managed plan, subject to a minimum 3-month managed subscription. It covers up to four standard pages, one initial design direction, a mobile-responsive build, enquiry integration, Lead Core web chat, booking integration where supported by your plan, domain connection and two consolidated revision rounds.

Can I add more website or local SEO pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Additional standard pages, SEO service pages and local SEO location pages are available separately, including local SEO growth packages. These are properly built pages, not mass-generated.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can start where you are and step up or down whenever you're ready. If you downgrade and later upgrade again, we'll reinstate your previous configuration where possible.

What happens to my setup if I downgrade and later upgrade again?

Accepted Answer

Your configuration is retained where possible, so returning to a higher plan is straightforward. We'll review your setup with you at the time to make sure everything still fits how your tutoring works.

Do I have to use the AI receptionist?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI receptionist is only part of Autopilot. Rescue and Engine are fully managed without AI answering calls or chats, and on Autopilot you can choose how much the AI handles before handing over to you.
